The Youth Level One Coaching Award is for coaches working with 13 - 19 year old players and provides a great introduction to team development. The course focuses on understanding the specific needs of this age group, how to build enjoyable and inclusive environments and how to bring players skills to life in the team environment.

This course builds on the Youth Level 1 goalkeeper foundations, guiding coaches through the core skills goalkeepers need to succeed at the Youth Level 2 stage — from skill acquisition through to isolated and game-based training.
