The OFC/NZF C Licence course is designed for coaches within the advanced youth & senior context. The objective of the course is to support coaches with exposing their coaching practice to methods, strategies and frameworks to best support their players and staff. This is a 4 day course and has a mix of theory, practical and E-learning modules.
The modules will be linked directly to our Professional Coaches Model and related to the 5 key areas within that:
- Football Knowledge
- Training
- Match
- Management/Leadership
- Vision& Philosophy
Candidates will be challenged to critically analyse their coaching practice and seek ways to evolve their coaching practice within their current context. They will be guided through this process using the Coaching Portfolio which includes all the tasks required to complete this course. The portfolio can be downloaded below under the course content. Please take the time to read through the portfolio to understand what will be required from you to complete the tasks. Once the portfolio and all online modules are completed the portfolio (including video of final assessment) is uploaded in the portal below.
On the completion of all course tasks, including a final assessment, the coach will be awarded the OFC/NZF C Licence and gain 100 Continual Professional Development (CPD) accreditation points.
This course will take approximately 3 months minimum to complete.
