Course Description:

This course equips Junior Convenors and Coordinators with the practical skills, tools, and knowledge needed to confidently lead and manage new formats for First Kicks and Fun Football programmes.

Participants will explore updated delivery models, effective planning strategies, volunteer management techniques, and other key components essential to delivering high-quality football experiences for young players.
