To gain your award, you must complete all of the modules in the online course, and complete the practical module. We recommend setting aside around 2-3 hours to complete the online work.

For coaches working with 13 – 19 year old players.

​​​​​​​The course provides a great introduction to team development. It focuses on understanding the specific needs of this age group, how to build enjoyable and inclusive environments and how to bring players skills to life in the team environment.
